3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation sent by email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany. Delivery times are stated on the product page. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are specified during the order process. Goods are shipped only after full payment has been received.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you may demand subsequent performance (repair or replacement).
10. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
11. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, provided the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
